Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with distinction) in Theater and Communication. Upon her move into Los Angeles Kelly quickly became active in theatre, performing and choreographing over two dozen shows. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly has also begun landing TV and film roles as she continued her improv classes at The Groundlings. She has a unique voice and her small size makes her able to be able to play many characters. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts's evil Samara from The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party hopper at-night as a Series regular for the TV Land sitcom The Exes. Additionally, she played Alyssa's sassy sexpert sibling on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. She's lent her singing soprano to numerous animated films such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. The most recent appearance was as the dim and adorable Cloud 9 staffer on NBC hit comedy Superstore. She leads a tranquil private life with her husband and two small children and enjoys sewing writing and volunteering at school activities.
